ROCKWOOD CLINIC WILL FINISH RELOCATION EFFORTS THIS WEEKEND

Rockwood Clinic moves forward with the development of an integrated healthcare delivery system with the relocation three Downtown Spokane clinical locations this weekend. The moves include: The Rockwood Digestive Health - Endoscopy Center, Rockwood Heart Center and the Rockwood Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) which will become a Hospital Outpatient Department (HOPD) and services will be integrated into Deaconess Medical Center.

The physicians, nurses and employees of the Rockwood OB/GYN Center will relocate to the Deaconess Medical Center campus this weekend.  Beginning Monday, May 19, patients will be welcomed to the fourth floor of the Deaconess Medical Office Building at 801 W. 5th Ave, Suite 412.
Tenth Annual Diabetes Day to be held March 27

Rockwood Clinic and Premera Blue Cross will be hosting the tenth annual Diabetes Day on Saturday, March 27, at Spokane Community College.  Diabetes Day is an educational program promoting diabetes self-management for patients, their families and the general public.  Medical experts will be speaking on all areas of diabetes care, treatment and complications of type I and type II diabetes.  The event will also feature exhibit booths showcasing diabetes products and services, and health clinics offering screenings for diabetes related conditions.
