We offer an integrated approach to stress management that combines counseling, massage and exercise to help manage and alleviate stress. We offer a free initial meeting to discuss individual stress management needs and how each component contributes to overall stress reduction.

Clients collaborate with our counseling, massage and exercise professionals to determine how the three program components can be best employed to manage their stress. We will work together to provide stress-reducing techniques that can be practiced daily on your own to lessen the effects of current and future pressures.
