At the Rockwood Sports Performance Center our mission is
to provide you with the best experience, both individually and in
small groups (3-6 persons), focused on improving your power, speed,
agility, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility.
Whether your focus is more power for football or flexibility for
gymnastics, we have developed sport-specific training programs for
every person and sport. Our scientifically based training

We constantly assess the progress of our athletes using many
different evaluation tools including Dartfish, a video motion
analysis tool which allows the trainer and athlete to examine
sports related movements in frame by frame detail.
Sports Performance services are available Monday through
Friday, and every effort is made to accommodate the individual's
school or work schedule. Hours of operation periodically
change due to sports seasons and the academic schedules of our
clients. We also offer specialized camps and seminars for
athletes, coaches, and other groups throughout the year. We
