Performance and Stress Management Counseling

We now offer performance and stress management counseling, which tailors a strength-based approach to the unique circumstances of the individual. We can utilize any or all state-of-the-art techniques including biofeedback, hypnosis, as well as a variety of self-care and relaxation techniques, such as visualization, deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation. Our provider, Sue Metzger, M.A., is a nationally certified counselor who specializes in stress management and the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as providing performance, marital and couples counseling.

Comprehensive Stress Management Services

Everyday stress can affect behaviors, thoughts and actions, and has been shown to have a negative impact on physical and mental well-being. We offer an integrated approach to stress management that combines counseling, massage and exercise to help manage and alleviate stress. We offer a free initial meeting to discuss individual stress management needs and how each component contributes to overall stress reduction.

Clients collaborate with our counseling, massage and exercise professionals to determine how the three program components can be best employed to manage their stress. We will work together to provide stress-reducing techniques that can be practiced daily on your own to lessen the effects of current and future pressures.
