Individual and Group (2+) Training Packages

Sport specific sessions are customized to prepare you for the demands of your sport or activity. Successful athletes need training for movements and energy systems that are engaged generally as well as those specific to their sport. Our sports performance training is designed to meet those demands by improving power, functional strength, balance, stability, and movement efficiency. Pre- and post-training assessment will validate individual improvement and is included in all training packages.

Individual Sports Performance Training

One-on-one sessions are tailored to meet each athlete’s unique needs and goals, regardless of level or age. Our unique-to-each program will measurably improve performance components needed to excel in sports or recreational activities.

Group/Team Sports Performance Training

We offer off-season group/team training programs, as well as in-season sessions. Programs can be scheduled based on the group or team conditioning needs, whether you are club, high school, college or recreational athletes.

Training packages consist of 60-minute small group sessions. Our trainer-to-athlete ratio is no more than six athletes per trainer, in order to facilitate the best personal instruction.
